Often times, our customers will continue to drop coins in the machine or keep swiping their cards. Please stop! We don’t want you to become frustrated by losing more time and cash.
Cash Users: Occasionally, a customer will drop a penny into the slot - we don’t take pennies - or something foreign, yes it happens. And the machine is jammed. If you feel like this is the case, please complete the form below. We are so grateful! In high traffic areas, it is also possible the machine is out of change. If this is the case, it will not vend. Do not put more change in the slot. Please share the concern with the receptionist. At most locations, they can reach us immediately.
Card Users: Most often, the machine is trying to tell you the product you have chosen is sold out. If you do not experience this to be the case, please complete the form below. -

Did you miss a message? Often times, the machine is trying to tell you that there is a problem with your selection, but you miss it because you are bending down to look in the bin.
Cash Users: If your selection does not vend, please wait for the message on the display screen before placing your hand in the bin.
Card Users: Please wait for a message on the card reader (below the display) before placing your hand in the bin.

Finally...
Cash Users: If you are unable to troubleshoot the machine, we are so sorry! Please see the front desk at your location for a refund. If there are additional issues, they may choose to contact us directly or have you fill out the form below.
Card Users: If you have checked your bank records, and the transaction is no longer “pending,” you can do one of two things.
If the transaction is under $5, please see the front desk for an immediate refund.
If the transaction is more than $5, or you prefer the money returned to your card directly, please complete the form below in as much detail as possible.
